Refund policy

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are accepted on custom printed media. We will not accept or offer a refund for printed artworks that do not meet your requirements due to poor artwork supplied.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Trade Transfers will not accept responsibility for poor and low quality uploaded artwork and graphics. If your goods are received damaged then a full refund will be issued or a replacement item. 

We will not accept a refund for personalised goods no longer wanted or required.
