We are available between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. Please contact us if you would like to discuss your artwork or have any questions relating your next order.

Can we email you our artwork?

Absolutely! If you do not wish to upload your artwork via our online gang sheet builder on the website, then send us an email with it on! We do not create gang sheets in house, artwork must be sent print ready.

Do you ship Internationally?

Currently we do not ship outside of the UK. We review our shipping rates frequently and aim to ship into Europe and Internationally very soon!

How long will it take to get my order(s)?

If you order is placed before 12pm it will be despatched and shipped the same day.There are 2 types of shipping methods to choose from when checking out.

Tracked 24 Hour: This is usually delivered next day, however this is not a guaranteed service and can sometimes can 2 days to arrive.

Special Delivery Pre 1pm: This service costs more and is a guaranteed service to arrive pre 1pm next day.

We work closely with our shipping partners and constantly looking at ways to maintain this level of service, or improve!

How do you want artwork?

When using our online builder we suggest using PNG files at 300 DPI as they have a transparent background and will give the best quality. We cannot be held responsible if you supply low resolution images, images without transparent backgrounds and artifax which lead to poor print quality. The background / white removal tool on our gang sheet builder is not guaranteed with low res artwork. You are responsible for checking the artwork prior to print / checkout.

Alternatively, email us your artwork as a PDF and use our website for payment and shipping.

Do you have any samples to try?

Yes! You can order your FREE sample pack from the home page of our website. These will be posted first class and will arrive in 2-5 business days. Let us know how you get on with these!
